mpsctestseries.com(the “Website” or “Platform”) is owned and operated by Betterwork Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 7th Floor, Icon Tower, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India(the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

By visiting the Website, registering an account, or purchasing any product or service, you (the “User”, “Student”) confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Platform. Users below 18 may transact only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• All information you provide during registration or checkout — name, email address and mobile number — must be true, accurate and current.
• Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual. Sharing login credentials with any other person is a breach of these terms.

The Platform offers both free and paid services for candidates preparing for Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) and related competitive examinations:

• Free content — mock tests, previous-year solved question papers, current affairs, subject notes, syllabus guides and exam alerts.
• Paid digital books — delivered as online reading access only. The content is rendered page by page inside your browser after login; downloading, printing and copying are deliberately not provided.
• Paid test series — online practice tests with access for the enrolment period stated on the product page.

All products and their prices are listed clearly on our Pricing page.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden charges.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets.
• We never store, access or process your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. These details are transmitted directly to the payment gateway over an encrypted connection.
• Access to paid content is activated only after the payment is successfully verified. An order confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
• If your bank debits an amount but the order fails to complete due to a technical error, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us and we will trace and settle it.
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retrospectively to purchases already completed.

On purchasing paid content you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access and read that content for your own examination preparation. Ownership of the content is not transferred to you.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Taking screenshots, screen recordings or photographs of paid content, or reproducing it in any form or medium.
• Sharing, distributing, broadcasting, uploading or reselling the content through WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, file-sharing services or any other channel.
• Disclosing your login credentials to any other person, or allowing multiple people to use a single account.
• Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape the Website, or extract content using automated tools.

All content on the Website — including text, question banks, notes, books, page layouts, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Betterwork Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. No part of it may be used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

References to MPSC, the Maharashtra Public Service Commission and other government bodies are made for identification and informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any government body, and all such trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to you.
• You must not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or that infringes the rights of a third party.
• You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Website, including through malware, unauthorised access attempts or excessive automated requests.
• You must notify us promptly at the email address below if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, technical faults or reasons beyond our reasonable control; we will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of opportunity, loss of profits or loss of data.

We may suspend or terminate any account in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a payment dispute raised in bad faith. You may close your account at any time by writing to betterworkindia@gmail.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms take effect from the date they are published on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be notified to your registered email address. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
